Our casters are produced in different materials depending on the final application. For supermarket trolleys we advise the use of wheels in materials such as:

• anti-static rubber,
• polyamide,

• aluminium,
• cast iron,
• nylon.

Other materials, such as polyurethane, are suitable for applications requiring very high resistance levels to heavy loads, such as rollers for pallet trucks, which must also have technical properties such as easy rolling, elasticity and high levels of resistance to wear and tear. Our trolley wheels are available in different solutions for different types of floor, and suitable for both indoor and outdoor use, such as tiles, cement, and resin.

The trolley wheels produced by our company are manufactured in different ways, and with low cost solutions such as using rubber. Pneumatic wheels with polypropylene hubs, on the other hand, are suitable for lightweight trolleys such as those intended for moving boxes in large retail stores and fruit and vegetable markets. Depending on the materials used, our wheels can also be used in humid environments where chemical agents are present.
