PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING DISCLOSURE FOR CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS
The user's personal data are used by P.A. PERAZZOLO S.R.L, which is the data controller, in compliance with the principles of personal data protection established by EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).
LEGAL BASIS
1. The provision of data is compulsory for all that is required under legal and contractual obligations and therefore any refusal to provide it in whole or in part may result in the impossibility of providing the services requested.
The company processes the optional data of users on the basis of consent, i.e. through explicit approval of this privacy policy and in relation to the methods and purposes described below.
STORAGE PERIOD
Mandatory data for contractual and accounting purposes
are stored for as long as necessary to carry out the business and accounting relationship. The data storage period is 10 years.
Unsuccessful requests for quotes
will be kept for 36 months
and subsequently deleted or anonymised, as required by law, unless the informed consent of those concerned has been validly acquired for subsequent commercial promotion or market research.
The data of those who do not purchase or use our products or services, even if they have had previous contact with representatives of the company, will be immediately deleted or processed in anonymous form, if their storage is not otherwise justified, unless the informed consent of the persons concerned has been validly acquired for subsequent commercial promotion or market research.
RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

Pursuant to EU Regulation 679/2016 (GDPR) and Italian legislation, the data subject may, in the manner and within the limits provided for by current legislation, exercise the following rights:
- request confirmation of the existence of personal data concerning him/her (right of access)
- know its origin
- receive intelligible communication of the data
- obtain information on the logic, methods and purposes of the processing
- request the updating, rectification, integration, cancellation, transformation into anonymous form, blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including data no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected
- in cases of processing based on consent, to receive one's own data provided to the controller, in a structured and machine-readable form and in a format commonly used by an electronic device
- lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority
